This Sunday from 10-11 am our yoga in the vineyards class will be taught by Meredith McMichael.
“I am a chiropractor and nutritionist. I have been teaching yoga classes at my office for two years now. I combine Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga, to deliver a slower-paced class which focuses on breathing and exercise. We will flow through poses with our breath. Each class is unique depending on the flexibility and strength of class members. Join us Sunday morning to clear your mind and get your body moving. “
Class is $15. If it rains we will go on the porch or in the tasting room. Afterwards we enjoy a mimosa or a glass of juice. The café is open and brunch items are available.
