Flick Gallery, The Arts Center of Yates County, 127 Main Street, Penn Yan, 14527

In a Year of
Tribute to the EARTH, the diversity of humanity will be
the theme during the Art Center of Yates County’s October
exhibit, portraying the unity of all people despite their
differences. Four featured artists and a sculptor will
              illustrate this one world.

A signature
member of the National Watercolor Society and Watercolor
USA Honor Society, Valerie Larsen has received many awards
and has been accepted for many national watercolor shows,
besides being published in five editions of Splash, a

people and the things they do and are also interpretations
              of her experiences.

Kathy Bolin began
painting after raising her three sons, and currently

portraits she seeks a connection with the viewer by
eliciting an emotional response. She has received many
              awards for her paintings.

Leslie Heen began
her art career in fashion illustration and architectural
renderings. After retiring from commercial work and

              watercolor and oil.
               Leslie enjoys
expressing her impressions of life images.

For Kevin Feary,
his art has been a journey through many workshops,
              painting organizations and competitions, receiving
